Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Le Petit Chef invite you to experience the best of theatre and dining in a 2-hour immersive culinary journey following the footsteps of Marco Polo across the famous Silk Road.
Using cutting-edge 3D visual technology, diners will be able to follow the smallest chef in the world on his culinary journey through various continents, complemented with themed music, props and an exquisite six-course menu.
This program runs at C’s Steak & Seafood Restaurant located on the 4th floor of Grand Hyatt Jakarta. Following physical distancing guidelines, each table is separated from each other by a minimum of 1.5m in the main dining room. Two exclusive private rooms are also available upon request for those who wish to experience Le Petit Chef in a safe and intimate environment.
Guest can choose between two different menus, « Journey » and « Expedition (premium) » Kids and vegetarian menu are also available.

A miniature chef to life on your dinner table, all through the magic of visual mapping. By mapping your dining table and the objects on it (e.g. your plates and cutlery), we are able to project a virtual story onto the tabletop.
The 3D effect is often thought of as a hologram or a 3D projection. In fact the use of special optical techniques, length distortions from the right angle to produce the effect or illusion of 3D. Along with 3D projections, the Marco Polo story will also include props, soundtracks, and scents, which will make guests “breathe the icy air of the Himalaya one moment, and feel hot and heady in an Arabic souk the next”.
