Cancellations are not possible. Payments already made for Le Petit Chef menus and associated add-ons are non-refundable. However, the reservation can be rebooked. If no suitable alternative date can be found, the amount already paid can be converted into a voucher.

Is parking available? If so, what are the costs?

A limited number of parking spaces are available in our public underground garage and cannot be reserved in advance. The parking fee is €3.90 per hour and can be paid at the parking machines.

Allergies and intolerances must be stated in the comments field when booking. Changes can only be accommodated up to 48 hours before the event date.

Children under 5 years are not admitted to the restaurant. Children aged 13 and over are charged the full price. Children aged 5 to 12 can choose the "Le Petit Chef Junior" menu.

Reservations are possible from two people. However, since our tables are designed for 4 to 8 people, it is likely that two people will share a table with other guests. For reservations of more than four people, the group may be split across two separate tables.

When do the dinner shows in Vienna take place?

In August, the shows are offered exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays, at 5:30 pm or 8:30 pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the show, as dinner starts at the same time for all guests. The entire experience lasts about 2 hours.

Yes, each guest can choose a different menu. Regardless of the menu choice, however, the same show or video is presented.

No, only the Le Petit Chef menus are served at the experience dinner.

What happens if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

All guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the show. The performance starts at the same time for all guests. In case of late arrival, guests are asked to wait at the entrance until the restaurant manager welcomes them and escorts them to their seats after the current projection has finished. They can then take part in the following projections. Courses or show elements already missed cannot be made up.

No, pets are not permitted in the dining areas of the Hilton Vienna Park. However, the Hilton Vienna Park is a pet-friendly hotel and pets are allowed in the guest rooms.
