Seating arrangement
Although the experience is primarily designed for individual bookings, in some cases, due to technical requirements, shared table seating may be necessary.
Arrival time
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts. You will be welcomed and escorted to your table. Latecomers will be admitted to the auditorium at an appropriate moment.
Deposit & cancellation
Deposits for Le Petit Chef menus and additional options are non-refundable. Reservations can be changed and rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start.
Note about the videos
The videos are based on the Premium Menu. The other menus may vary.
Audio accompaniment
The accompanying audio is played exclusively in German.

In the event of extreme weather conditions (e.g. heavy snowfall, storms or very high temperatures), we reserve the right to cancel the show on the booked event date.
