Nestled in the Muslim quarter, the eatery is a must visit on every foodie list. It was founded in 1948 by Isrin bin Ibrahim and his wife Rosna binte Zainal Abidin.

Watson Lim is the owner of this hidden GEM, a stall called Da Dong Prawn Noodles. It’s known by locals as one of the best in Singapore. Founded 1966 by Watson Lim’s father, the son took over the business in 2018.

Prawn broth, every day freshly cooked as a base, bee hoon noodles, meaty big prawns and/or pork ribs, fill the bowl of the customers, sometimes for breakfast, but also for lunch.
