Tip #1: Fishology

Easy to guess, Fishology is all about fish and seafood, but in a very unique way. The upscale restaurant salts, ages and smokes the fish for original and creative menu options. Focused on sustainable fish, nothing gets thrown away in the way of preparing.
An open kitchen allows the guest to watch the chefs, preparing fish, seafood and even algae, plated beautifully with homegrown edible flowers and herbs. The outdoor seating is a perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean foods and homemade craft vermouths.
