Seating
Seating is assigned by the restaurant. Special requests can be noted during booking but cannot be guaranteed.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts to ensure a smooth check-in.

Really lovely experience, Patryk was very accommodating with me needing lactose free food, he had emailed a special menu for me prior which sounded amazing but with keeping with the original theme and explained each dish to us as it came out. Zafar was also really lovely, and knowledgable about the food and drink on offer. He also taught us some Azerbaijani, and tolerated our bad attempts at the language! It made a really great Christmas and would definitely recommend.

Overall a really lovely experience. Our children have never experienced anything like this before and really enjoyed it. The children didn't enjoy all of the food, so not best value for money from a food point of view, but they loved the lasagne and the experience overall. They were very accommodating for a gluten free alternative, even though it isn't advertised on the website. The staff were lovely. Our server Zafar was very engaging at the table and he translated from Polish to English which was very helpful. My son had an extra celebration cake for his birthday, which was a nice touch.

Food was amazing, but i think you should focus on more precise information before the show. I was a little bit surprised that was in English only and visiting with my child i would like to not hear swearing in a show, even that was in French. Other part there was no information that you adding 10% service for the event. I thought I booked for certain price and sudden 10% additional cost just left weird feelings... we would leave a tip for sure but I really do not like such surprises on final receipt. Include service in a total or just give clear info before...
