Wednesday & Thursday: 12:30 p.m. / 6:30 p.m. Friday: 12:30 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday before a public holiday:11:30 a.m. / 2:30 p.m. / 5:30 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. Sunday & Monday public holidays: 11:30 a.m. / 2:30 p.m. / 6:30 p.m. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. (If Monday is a public holiday, the restaurant will be open on Monday and closed on Wednesday instead.)

How can I pay?

We accept cash and credit cards. Unfortunately, electronic money payment is not accepted. A 4,000 JPY deposit per person is required when making a reservation for the adult menu. The deposit paid in advance will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your visit.

I would like to go by car. Is there a parking lot?

Accepted Answer

If you spend 10,000 yen or more at the restaurant, you can use the attached parking lot free of charge for up to 4 hours.

I would like to bring my child with me. Do you have a menu for kids? Is there any age restriction?

We offer course menus for children aged 5 to 12. We kindly ask for your understanding that children under the age of 5 are not encouraged to enter the restaurant.

The show will begin promptly. If you arrive late, please enter the restaurant quietly, and the team will guide you to your seat. Please note, the show cannot be paused or rewound due to late arrivals.

What is your cancellation policy?

Seven days before reservation date: 50% of charge. At the day: 100% of charge. It is possible to change the reservation date. Please contact us via email by 9:00 a.m. 3 days before the reservation date.

Message Plate (Free): For this pre-made Message Plate please select from the following templates: 'Happy Birthday', 'Happy Wedding', 'Happy Anniversary'. We will provide you with a free birthday or celebration message plate. (Reservation required by 9:00am 3 days before the reservation date.) This is a pre-made plate with a standard design. Personalization is not possible.

Question 17

I would like to book for 5 people. Is that possible?

Accepted Answer

You can book for more than 4 people on the website, depending on availability. However, please note that your group may be seated at separate tables for 2 or 4 people. The tables may not be next to each other, as they are arranged according to the projection mapping setup, and they cannot be moved.
