I'm going to start this review by saying it had been a long time since I felt so comfortable in a hotel and with its staff, in many years. Staying here was like being welcomed by family. I am absolutely delighted with the stay, so much so that my partner and I considered canceling our next leg of the trip just to stay longer at the hotel. The reason for our trip wasn't so much for sightseeing, but more for relaxation. So we hit the nail on the head regarding comfort and things to do within the hotel itself. Our stay started off well with the reception we received from Natalia at the front desk. From then on, it was only upwards. We had Taty at the bar along with Pedro who made our Sunday much more fun, then we moved to the other bar with Isabella and Joao. I would like to thank them for making this experience exactly what we needed it to be: peaceful, joyful, and delicious with the hotel's drinks and food. We will definitely return on our next trip.

Simply excellent experience! The hotel exceeded all expectations, from the impeccable and cordial service of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, which were spotless. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and offer everything needed for a perfect stay. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and features high-quality products. The location is also a great advantage, making it easy to access the main attractions in the area. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a memorable experience.
