Fun Dining in Istanbul A Culinary Spectacle in 3D

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Istanbul. Everything was perfectly organized, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. A special thank you goes to Yugcel. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely hospitable. His kindness and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to meet someone who truly goes the extra mile for guests the way he does. Overall, everything worked out perfectly and we truly felt taken care of during our stay. We would definitely love to come back again in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Love this hotel and almost everything about it. Good breakfast offering, onsite restaurant, gym, spa and club lounge. Really strong and consistent all round. The customer service all round though is outstanding. This is clearly a VERY well managed and run hotel with high and consistent standards. Shout out to Levent who runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond in the bar areas. One gentle suggestion - the 5 to 7 early lounge offering has a great variety..... but the 2 main dishes each night need to be a lot fresher and of better quality to match the very very high standards everywhere else in this hotel. Can't recommend it enough.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton City Center in Istanbul for seven nights and eight days with my partner, and we were absolutely delighted! The service was incredibly welcoming, and everyone communicated fluently in English or Turkish, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch—spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We loved the 24-hour gym, the massage room, and the friendly atmosphere. A special shoutout to Matin at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and friendly from our check-in to our check-out. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would give them a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit.
