Good to Know
Deposit & Cancellation
Deposits for Le Petit Chef menus and add-ons are non-refundable. Orders can be changed and rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show begins. You will be welcomed and shown to your table. Latecomers will be allowed into the room at an appropriate time.
Seating Arrangement
While we do our best to seat parties together as much as possible, groups of more than four guests may be seated across multiple tables. Due to the fixed installation of our projectors and the technical setup required for our 3D show, our table arrangements cannot be flexibly adjusted. As a result, in some cases tables may be located further apart, and guests within the same party may not be seated directly next to one another.
