How To Become The World's Greatest Chef · Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf

An immersive culinary journey through the art of becoming a master chef
Join the world's smallest chef at the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf on his most ambitious adventure yet. Discover in this brand-new show what it really takes to become the world's greatest chef. Your dining table transforms into a stage where culinary art, cutting-edge 3D technology, and a dash of humor merge into an unforgettable experience.
The journey leads from the historical roots of our ingredients through the art of plating — inspired by Kandinsky's shapes and colors — to the perfection of technique. In five exciting lessons, Le Petit Chef teaches the essential skills and knowledge that a true master chef must possess, with the most important ingredient always being love.
In the final fifth lesson, Le Petit Chef personally invites you to the culinary tools. Here you bring together the knowledge from the previous lessons and complete your dessert step by step yourself. An interactive finale that proves there is a great chef in each of us!

We visited Le Petit Chef at the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf as a trio and were very impressed by the overall experience. The ambiance is high-quality and calm, especially the comfortable armchairs ensure that you can enjoy the evening relaxed. You don't feel rushed, but can fully immerse yourself in the experience. The service was consistently professional, attentive, and confident, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. Exactly the right level of presence one expects in a hotel of this category. A particular highlight for me was the wine pairing. Not only the selection of wines, but especially their presentation and staging fit perfectly into the overall concept and significantly enhance the experience. Le Petit Chef is far more than just animation. It is a successful combination of culinary art, visual staging, and narrative elements – a small culinary journey that convinces both visually and in taste. For us, it was also a shared, emotional family experience that will be remembered. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for an extraordinary dinner at a high level.

A great evening! The ambiance of the Steigenberger Hotel is a worthy setting for this event. The staff were very courteous. The story was wonderfully told by the little chef. The food was very good and, after the 5 courses, also filling, even if you might initially think it wouldn't be enough.

We watched the dinner show "Le petit chef" at the Steigenberger Park Hotel Düsseldorf. It's a 5-course menu, which is accompanied by video projections on the table. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff, and asked about allergies/intolerances. At the table, we could immediately order an aperitif, which was served promptly and bridged the start of the show. In advance, one could choose between a vegetarian or a meat dish. We had both. Since we hadn't looked up anything about the show online beforehand, we were immediately thrilled by the first appearance of the little chef and gladly let him guide us through the evening. The staff was courteous and advised us on selecting the right wine. They were always present, very polite but not intrusive. The menu portions seemed very small. But with the entertaining breaks in between and ultimately the 5 courses, we were definitely full. The quality of the food was excellent. The preparation was cooked to perfection. The presentation of the food was visually simply great. After the event, there was still the opportunity to linger at the bar to round off the evening. It is an event suitable for families. Our show lasted three hours. It's not exactly cheap per person. But for us, it was an entertaining evening in a harmonious atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this event.
