Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts. The show lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Seating
While the experience is primarily designed for individual bookings, on some occasions, shared seating may be required due to technical considerations.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable. Rebooking is possible up to 48 hours before the show.

Great ambiance and great show. Well organized, very delicious food and friendly service. You choose between 3 menu options, one of which is vegetarian. There is also a children's menu. Le Petit Chef always cooks the premium menu; if you haven't chosen that, you'll get something else on your plate (which, of course, isn't so bad). Coffee prices are reasonable, but in my opinion, drinks are overpriced even for Frankfurt. A bottle of water shouldn't cost over 10 Euros. There's an exquisite wine selection, but since I don't drink wine, I can't comment on that. The overall experience was definitely worth the price.

Very delicious food. Great show. Unfortunately, the service was delayed after each show segment (online it always looked like the film would end and the plate would arrive immediately). We waited five minutes each time. However, the staff is really very friendly and courteous. The prices, however, are truly extreme… for two of us, we paid €300.
