experience, featuring “Le Petit Chef” located at the heart of downtown Winnipeg. Enjoy an
unforgettable dining experience that will capture your awe and imagination.

A CULINARY JOURNEY WITH 3D VISUALS

Beginning October 13 th 2023, the world’s smallest Chef and Fairmont Winnipeg’s Culinary Team
will be demonstrating their skills using cutting-edge 3D Mapping Technology. Guests will be
able to follow the team along their journey right on their dinner plate. An option between “Le
Petit Chef Classic” menu, “Le Petit Chef Vegetarian” menu will be provided to all attendees.
Children that are 12 years and younger will be provided with a “Junior Chef” menu.

Please be advised that the featured videos will only be related to the “Le Petit Chef Classic”
menu.
