• To ensure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience, we kindly request that all members of your party be present at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation. Latecomers will be admitted to the dining room at an appropriate time, and guests are asked to cooperate with hotel staff.
• Guests who are late or do not attend the show will not be eligible for a refund or discount. The hotel is unable to rewind or postpone the show for late guests.
• Food Allergy & Dietary Needs Guide for Guests at La Coco, Andaz Dubai The Palm: We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously, and we strive to accommodate our guests' needs for a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Please highlight any food allergies or dietary requirements before finalizing your online booking or notify our associates 24 hours prior your desired booking date. We will endeavor to meet your needs; however, this may not be possible if you have multiple dietary requirements or if we receive your request on the day of your visit. While we take every care with your meal, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen- free environment at our hotel, as the kitchens, washing facilities, crockery and cutlery are used for both regular menu dishes and special dietary dishes. • Guests will be assigned pre-selected seats on a group-share basis. This means that you may be seated with other guests whom you do not know.
• If you would like your own private table, please make a booking for four (4) people only, the maximum capacity per table is four (4) guests.
• Kindly note that minimum party size is two (2) people for all bookings and online booking channel allows bookings with covering total of any even number party sizes such as two (2), four (4) or 6 (six) and above. • When the guest would come in a group that is more than four (4) guests, then the member of related party will be allocated on different tables and no tables can be joined or moved as per guest preference or total party number.
• Please note that children six (6) years of age and older are welcome to the show. No discounts are available on children's menu prices. Children twelve (12) years of age and older must purchase the Le Grand or Classic menu option per person in order to attend the show and dine.
• The deposit amount and purchase price of any 'Le Petit Chef' menus and associated add-ons are non-refundable. Once seats are sold, no refund or cancellations request will be entertained from anyone. • The guests is obligated to inform the terms and conditions to other guests who will be attending the show together in the same party.
• The Hotel may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to technical issues, dangerous situations, government directions/circulars or advisory or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the hotel.
• In the event of the show being delayed, cancelled or postponed, the hotel and 2 Spicy Entertainment cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related services.
• Decisions to postpone or delay events are not under 2 Spicy Entertainment's control. Therefore, the hotel will not be liable and will not offer compensation or refunds for any costs incurred by the guests.
• By agreeing to attend the show, you consent to the hotel and 2 Spicy Entertainment sending you marketing material for future events and promotions via your listed email address and contact number.
• All prices are expressed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and inclusive of ten (10%) percent service charge, seven (7%) percent municipality fees and five (5%) percent VAT.
• The payment on your credit card statement will reflect "LE PETIT CHEF / Dining Experience" from 2Spicy Entertainment GmbH. Fees resulting from this credit card purchase may be imposed by your issuer. You may wish to refer to the conditions of use from your issuing bank pertaining to applicable charges.
